What a journey this has been! “Free to Be Me” didn’t take long to write but coming to an understanding that it was true seemed like it took an eternity! I originally wrote it for a conference with William Paul Young and Baxter Kruger. Since that day, it’s kinda taken on a life of its own and has spawned a project called “Songs from the Shack.” There are a few other CDs/projects with the same title but this one is going to be a journey through the book “The Shack.”
